Been on Swayzee for internet for a few months now and have not been very impressed. Speeds vary widely. Yesterday morning I completely lost my Internet, so I called them. They took my information, but so far have heard nothing. Still no Internet. I just called them again and they took all the same information. Not sure they even really have a system for logging and tracking service calls. I switched away from Centurylink because they weren't very reliable, but I may be switching back.
cannot give less than one star. Inconsistent speeds. I am paying for 20 Mbps and not getting one. Had a tech document that he came out and spoke with me on a day that I spent the whole day in the hospital. Paid for a new wireless router and speeds got slower. Customer service is a joke. But they have a monopoly in my area.
Swayzee will drop us so they can pick us up. That would be nice.
Around prime hours expect for your ping to spike very high with a lot of packet loss, as well as losing connection random periods of the day.
We have had it for years because it is the only High speed available in our small down, and the Frontier DSL service is even worse. I pay for 20MB but have never gotten more than 10, and mostly it is around 3 - 5 MB. I have contacted them numerous times and they are not that friendly, once even telling me to cancel if I was unhappy. When they come out they blame my router or modem, both were replaced and the speeds are still the same. I had one person tell me updating / fixing my area was not a priority. I leave messages every month for comcast, begging them to add my area to their service area, but they said they can't, but they have the infrastructure in place nearby to do it, but because of current laws / contracts they cannot expand into our area. So hopefully
The internet is so garbage you can barely play video games without lagging out every ten seconds
